Service Description

Join our Family Yoga class designed for parents and children aged 7+! This engaging session promotes bonding through fun poses, teamwork, and mindfulness exercises. Together, you'll explore yoga in a supportive environment, enhancing communication and connection while fostering physical and emotional well-being. Perfect for families looking to strengthen their relationship and enjoy quality time together! Each week is centered around an intention that is woven into the class. These intentions encourage communication through movement to promote meaningful connections. This class is suitable for families who have not practiced yoga together or who are more advanced in their practice. Intentions Week 1: Being Present Week 2: Setting Intentions Week 3: Building Connections Week 4: Finding Balance Week 5: Nurturing the Body Week 6: Gratitude & Reflection Schedule: 11:30AM-12:15PM Dates: January 12, 19, 26. February 2, 9, 23 2025 Yoga mats are available to borrow in-studio, or you are welcome to bring your own, along with a water bottle, and a willingness to get playful.
